      Cons

      Non profit is managed as if it is a for profit. Does not care about their employees mental or physical well being Total burnout is probable, and it is dog eat dog working environment. If you don't meet the quota you are Out! discrimination is Alive and well if you are over 50 and or a woman.

      Pros

      Flexible with days off and good retirement.

      Cons

      Constantly changing around your clients and where you drive. Use of your own vehicle for job with mileage reimbursed. Having to continue to sit with clients that are completely unresponsive and it takes months for those to be dropped. Supervisors tell you one thing and then change again in the near future. Overload of clients that you have to work with.
