      I love working with the people I have. I enjoyed learning how to work with the mental disabled and handicapped

      Cons

      Very low pay no chance of promoting without obtaining a degree. Raises only happen once every three years.

      Pros

      Flexible with days off and good retirement.

      Cons

      Constantly changing around your clients and where you drive. Use of your own vehicle for job with mileage reimbursed. Having to continue to sit with clients that are completely unresponsive and it takes months for those to be dropped. Supervisors tell you one thing and then change again in the near future. Overload of clients that you have to work with.
