Good place to work for

Nothing to complain about really

Work life balance is good, I don't tend to take work home with me figuratively or literally. No micromanagement and very good emphasis on safety.

I work at a smaller facility where there is not a lot of upward growth. While I am not micromanaged there can be a lack of direction and feeling underutilized.
