      Pros

      Lots of exceptionally driven and capable engineering talent. Incredibly interesting problem space. Fast growth. Excellent health insurance!

      Cons

      Not enough experienced people yet. Tech debt to meet demos (although great strides have been made here). No 401(k) match :(

      good pay, actually not as bad work-life balance (team-dependent) as it seems on the outside minus the sprints/troubleshooting that comes up sometimes.

      Cons

      selling my soul and ethics for something that i don't believe in at all
