Pros
Balance of life not possible when you work here. Education of how to care for patients is good from supervisors. Have some $ for you using your own car, no mileage reimbursement, which is so antiquinated. Getting to know patients is great.
Cons
Expectations for you to work your caseload are extreme. As salary employee, work week was from 52-62-80 hours a week. Question why some patients were still being by them when they should have been discharged.
