If I were to be picky, I’d say that we could have a few more days of PTO. But it’s still competitive for the industry.

From day 1 the lack of training and sub par training should have been the first clue. You have to teach yourself the job. You will have a corporate trainer 1x week for 30 minutes but are still expected to do a job you have no clue about the technology for.
Cons
They shut the branch down 4 weeks after hiring me and most of the staff there were still in their 90 days. They recruited ME and most of the staff hard too!
