It’s WHO you know and not how well you actually care for your patients. They simply care about their numbers. There’s NO orientation for new staff because the ones that can teach are too busy covering the field.

From day 1 the lack of training and sub par training should have been the first clue. You have to teach yourself the job. You will have a corporate trainer 1x week for 30 minutes but are still expected to do a job you have no clue about the technology for.
Cons
They shut the branch down 4 weeks after hiring me and most of the staff there were still in their 90 days. They recruited ME and most of the staff hard too!
