      Decent pay, nice programs for patients

      Cons

      The owners at their company (Mark and Angie) do not care about their employees or about their patients at all. They are focused on one thing and one thing only...profit!!! Which is ok for their golf courses and bars but when you work with elderly population, your business ethos must be heart focused, not money!
