Case load was more than any human could handle. Negative work environment, terrible leadership not only in aurora, but also TX. On call was terrible, and very very demanding without adequate compensation. Not enough paid in mileage, and have to use your own phone they pay $25 a month..terrible your on it all day long, expected to do charting on time off, including weekends getting threatened if not done.
