Pros
I can't lie, Angmar is a tough company to work for! I list this under the pros because they are only tough because they want the best staff possible! If you don't have a team mentality or a passion for what you do - move on. If you want to be challenged, if you enjoy management seeking out your best skills and training you how to tap into your potential, than you found not only a career but a home! Management has always stressed the importance of family, the understanding when emergencies come up and the value of granting generous paid time off. Senior management from the founders to the COO to the VP to the regional directors have always been supportive and encourage you to tell you when your having difficulty - not to ridicule, but to work together to find your own personal solution!
Cons
There are times where I feel I don't live up to the expectations of my career. This company has high skilled demands and expects the best from you. Sometimes, outside forces work against you and your week is mentally exhausting.
