Incredibly unorganized as shown through countless re-organizations and “areas of focus” in as little as 6 months. I had 4 different managers in 6 months. The commit to one thing only to completely shift priorities with no basis. Also willing to have massive layoffs and put additional pressure on current employees who are already overloaded. A lot of talk, but no action. Meeting after meeting with very little time to actually work on roadmaps, which works out cause they change their mind 2 months later anyways.
