      Pros

      * There are some great people to work with, but I wouldn't trust most management or above.

      Cons

      * Privately owned and the owners have unrealistic expectations. * Pay tends to be below market. * Managers play favorites. * Corporate staff are treated like dogs compared to field staff. * C-Suite receives massive quarterly bonuses but corporate staff don't see any kind of bonus at all. * Medical side funds the retail side that consistently loses massive amounts of money. 1 specific retail company lost close to $3m-4m in one year. * Hostile work environment.

      Pros

      I get to work from home and at my own pace. But being at Angmar for 19 years I have enjoyed every minute from Office Intake, Scheduler, Therapy Coordinator and now what I am doing. It is great having awesome bosses and great team members.

      Cons

      Do not really have any cons except it is a lot of work and you have to push push yourself and stay on top of it. But once again-awesome team members that help anytime I need them.
