      Poor location. Micromanagement resulted in poor business decisions that reduced sales numbers and overall revenue.

      Pros

      I get to work from home and at my own pace. But being at Angmar for 19 years I have enjoyed every minute from Office Intake, Scheduler, Therapy Coordinator and now what I am doing. It is great having awesome bosses and great team members.

      Cons

      Do not really have any cons except it is a lot of work and you have to push push yourself and stay on top of it. But once again-awesome team members that help anytime I need them.
