Pros

Stock (if you can last 5 years) and a 9% 401k Match( if you can last 3 years), mediocre health benefits and opportunity to work with large marketing agencies if in marketing

Cons

Leadership is poor and inexperienced. People are not valued but rather treated like "cattle". Lots of people in roles they are not ready for causing the massive decline of Core brands. No respect for diversity, it's simply a check the box for the company. Working 12 hour days and weekends is expected and the norm. The review process is flawed and completely subjective and not based on meritocracy or results. No American Sr. leadership therefore no sense of American Values for a 16 Billion dollar portfolio in America inclusive of iconic American Brands. ( head of marketing, head of sales and head of North America are Brazilian). 3 year 401k vest and 5 year stock vest.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing our benefits and culture. We’re proud to foster an environment where colleagues can build meaningful careers and enjoy working together. We also appreciate your comments regarding work-life balance and weekend work. While certain roles may require schedules that extend beyond traditional business hours, we recognize the importance of balance and are continually looking for ways to support our employees while meeting the needs of our business. Thank you for being part of the Anheuser-Busch team.

Pros

Free beer and decent salary

Cons

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
