The hourly employees are great, half of the salary employees are stuck in a runt. - Anonymous employee Anheuser-Busch Employee Review

Pros

The people are great! There is a drive to be better. Free beer and the benefits are good.

Cons

There’s an operate until failure mentality. Corporate would rather ignore preventative maintenance to save money in the budget today not realizing that there’s a larger price to pay tomorrow. Unfortunately it looks like that “tomorrow” is closer then they hoped. Very low compensation based on experience, I was barely making more then those fresh out of college.

Pros

The pay is good starting out, especially if you are working weekends.

Cons

This was the most toxic place I’ve ever worked. The expectation is to work 10-12 hours a day and be available to be called in early or work weekends. Coworkers constantly complain and belittle you, and there is added unneeded complexity with VPO.
