In retrospect I wouldn’t do it again - Sales Representative Anheuser-Busch Employee Review

Pros

Diversity of people you meet. Free beer. Medical insurance.

Cons

No work/ family balance if you want to succeed. Frequent mistakes by middle management because of hiring people with NO EXPERIENCE in the alcohol industry. When aforementioned mistakes DO happen management would prefer to blame each other rather than find a quick solution. Definitely a “cool kids”atmosphere, and if you aren’t one, GOOD LUCK!

Pros

The pay is good starting out, especially if you are working weekends.

Cons

This was the most toxic place I’ve ever worked. The expectation is to work 10-12 hours a day and be available to be called in early or work weekends. Coworkers constantly complain and belittle you, and there is added unneeded complexity with VPO.
