Pros

Salary is good and you get free beer.

Cons

You have no life outside of work. Expected to work 30 days in a row. They will draft you every weekend with no regards for your health or your family. The machines constantly malfunction then they look at you to blame. No air condition and dirty work environment.

Thank you for leaving a detailed review. We encourage our employees to work with their manager to help prioritize tasks that will ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, the health and safety of our employees is always a top priority, and we have clear expectations for all our breweries to always follow the health and safety protocols of local authorities. We do appreciate your feedback in this space though, and we have shared your comments with our internal teams.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing our benefits and culture. We’re proud to foster an environment where colleagues can build meaningful careers and enjoy working together. We also appreciate your comments regarding work-life balance and weekend work. While certain roles may require schedules that extend beyond traditional business hours, we recognize the importance of balance and are continually looking for ways to support our employees while meeting the needs of our business. Thank you for being part of the Anheuser-Busch team.

Pros

The pay is good starting out, especially if you are working weekends.

Cons

This was the most toxic place I’ve ever worked. The expectation is to work 10-12 hours a day and be available to be called in early or work weekends. Coworkers constantly complain and belittle you, and there is added unneeded complexity with VPO.
