Overworked employees - Employees would often have to take on more than is feasible in a given timeframe. Terrible middle management - On one occasion I witnessed a manager make an employee cry unnecessarily. The same manager frequently verbally abused employees and was still a favorite among his leadership. Not forthright - I was misled into taking a position that was not accurately described and ignored when I went to my new manager to attempt to get it corrected. Toxic culture is accepted as the norm.
