      Ability to get a lot of varied experiences throughout career path/not pigeonholed to one area of expertise High 401k match, 8.5% Insurance that includes fertility / family starting benefits Amazing people to work with

      Cons

      Teams and budgets constantly shrinking creates more burnout and stress and limits growth potential. Way too much gets put on the individual. Directors have to take on so much of the day to day work load due to roles under them getting eliminated that they lose the bandwidth to develop direct reports. Boy's club will always exist Inflexible bureaucracy can stall careers even though a core value is meritocracy/moving at the pace of your talent.

      Free beer and decent salary

      Cons

      They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
