      Autonomy, experience, great industry. Flexibility to bring ideas to the table, try new methods, and explore roles in various departments.

      Cons

      Huge lack of organization among management and upper management. Constantly changing targets, not communicating programs or targets in a timely manner, foreign leadership does not understand how things work in the us.

      I loved my time interning there. I got to learn a lot and got the opportunity to manage stakeholders on my own which helped me gain more confidence.

      I wish the team was bigger
