      Pros

      Money is great, and you work a 4-3-3-4 schedule 12 hour shifts. Lots of overtime opportunity.

      Cons

      Young management, mostly straight out of college. Don't listen to the old timers. Money for machines seems to only come after something breaks.

      I loved my time interning there. I got to learn a lot and got the opportunity to manage stakeholders on my own which helped me gain more confidence.

      I wish the team was bigger
