not a great deal - the organisation focuses on a narrow band of individuals to the broader detriment of everyone else. The culture of the organisation discourages challenge - the "cult of Brito" is all pervading.
Cons
mindset - the whole focus is on cost cutting with little or no focus on the product. This is more than likely to result in continued falls in market share across all product ranges.
