There are a lot of pro's unlike the negative comments written by the employees who could not match to the culture of the organization. There are many pro's 1. Best in salary across industry 2. Premium transport facility ( never seen any organisation doing this in Bangalore or India) 3. Free Beers every month worth 1200 Rupees 4. Very Challenging environment where you are challenged every now and then making you fit for the present generation where its all about competition. 5. We are the owners of the company and we take the results personally.
Cons
AbInBev is pretty new to Bangalore and they are really doing good by improving everyday and every year compared to the ones who are here for long time.
