Business Outlook
Pros
Good training ground for better future employment. Fun product to manufacture. Experience is completely unnecessary as majority of management are fresh out of university.
Cons
Inexperienced management as a result of low wages - good kids though. Shareholders prioritized over all else. Death by a million cuts for no other reason than to maximize short term profit which is a fantastic way to drive a business into the ground (looking at you Heinz). Company could not possibly care less about employees contrary to talking points. Few I've ever talked to company wide are proud to work for this company anymore - most are there for a paycheck.
