A LOT of work. If you have to be gone for any amount of time, your projects are always there waiting for you-as well as all the ones coming in while you're gone on top of that. Orders needed to get done, but when you come back you're overloaded. There's no help. Everyone has SO many projects. Then get in trouble because there's no way you can do all the projects in a day. Paid salary
