Pros
Fair Salary (at the time & compare to the job) Good, friendly and supportive Team Great Manager/Team Leader - Honestly I was lucky to be in that team. it is not like everyday you can find such a manager.
Cons
Very lengthy hiring process, sometimes they do not even bothering to contact you. recruiters turn over is very high. some times for one position 3 different recruiters contacting you because 2 of them already left or got fired. Too many non-productive meetings. People are busy, cut the meetings amount. instead of talking do an actual work and bring decent managers. Company is too focused on playing politics instead of solving internal issues. for instance, they are more willing to set up numerous meetings with 150+ employees to speak about people's sexual preferences or how many of them hired by ABI than solving actual issues with broken forklifts at the warehouses or why some warehouses do as they want, or sending whatever beer they have on pallets, instead of repairing production line and following the guideline and SOP. On Dec 31st 2020, I was working till 23:20 because some issue happened on the system and we needed to fix it before the mid night. people were already celebrating new year on the street but I was working... no overtime, not even a thank you.. nothing.. months later, they terminated my contact like a piece of cake. this is how ABI appreciates its employees. and Now I am on their blacklist like not even they consider me for an interview after several attempts since then. in this job market, I am jobless for a year... Bad people management mostly in some specific countries which causes your work more difficult because they simply don't care what you say. Hiring employees through 3rd party (job agency) and treat them like they are expendables. (word of advice: never accept a job which the contract is signed via job agency. ABI hires you then after few months or even a year, they cancel the team or move it to another continent then simply tells you "Good bye") Hiring new managers with poor English skill, poor job experience, discriminatory & cancel culture attitude then expecting you to be happy in that toxic environment. after they replaced my first manager, he, instead of listening, tried to shut me up and once he failed, he fired me after a year working in that company. our mid-level manager once failed to pass the anonymous poll with 63% rate (80% was acceptable) but she kept her job, no changes done and as far as I know she is still working there. Last but not least, HR is just a place for signing papers or talk about the percentage of specific type of employees hired by the company, but if you have an issue or complaint about your manager, then you are on your own. nobody listens to you. Again "DO NOT accept any job offer from job agencies" don't worry, you will find another job. and know your rights, It is illegal for an employer to discriminate against a job applicant because of his or her race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.
