Exposure in an enormous company. Can move quickly if opportunities are presented. Broad engagement across geographies and cultures. Will promote people rapidly (pro) but often as a consequence of high turnover and poor retention (con).
Cons
No recognition of tenure or contribution. High performance ratings are not correlated with reward. Very demanding workload. Constantly shrinking resource base with expanding expectations (e.g. cutting roles while maintaining responsibilities).
