Everyone is friendly and approachable. Culture is laid back and team oriented Management is amazing, they take great care in choosing the people on their teams and it shows creating cohesive environments Management pays close attention to their teams accomplishments and gives employee recognition for their contributions and hard work The products are fun and we love seeing the end results of our hard work We take the time to celebrate our accomplishments

I've been around for awhile and it does still feel like I'm honeymooning... no real cons
