The organization and culture used to be something else completely though in the recent years there have been numerous changes to direction and strategy which impacted everyone eventually. A never ending series of layoffs which doesn't make sense. Growth is more dependent on who you know rather than your work and legacy employees have a better chance in getting promoted. Your good work is expected and your misses are not discussed in feedback though discussed in rooms when you are absent.
