Not a place to stay long-term. - Account Representative II Ansira Employee Review

Pros

As a recent graduate, this seems like a wonderful opportunity. You are surrounded by young people, there are office perks such as happy hours, team events, and raffle drawings. You are also drawn towards the agency setting, which is great for your resume. You have other individuals that are on your team whom you can rely on for help during the initial training period. You have a week off at holidays, which is truly amazing.

Cons

The cons FAR outweigh the pros of this company. To begin with, there is VERY LITTLE to NO advancement in the company. You are vastly underpaid, and the 'jump' in salary from Account Representative I to Account Representative II is hardly enough to sustain you. If you are a college graduate and not living with a parent for free, this paycheck would hardly be enough to keep you afloat. The worst part about this position and company is the tedious work that you are doing. After the first initial month, when you have mastered the gist of what you will be doing, your job does not change. You realize that you will be doing that precise, unfathomably boring job for the foreseeable future. You have long hours where you are simply a monkey pressing buttons on a computer for the entire day. The company tries to distract you by offering sporadic activities to make you feel as if there is a fabulous work/life ratio, but the truth is that there simply is not. The office is political, and often cliquey. Some teams are designated to be more 'challenging' than others, which helps the members on 'easier' teams to feel as if they have a more comfortable work/life balance. It was almost torture to think that I would have to stay there for a time period longer than a year. Advancement is tough, and takes a long time. The turnover rate is INCREDIBLY high. Don't work here unless you are comfortable leaving after a year, and living with your parents.

Pros

Great benefits and unlimited/flexible PTO

Cons

Workload expectations were unsustainable. To meet the basic requirements of my role, I regularly worked 50–70 hours per week. While the company offered flexible PTO, there was little meaningful coverage when employees were out, often resulting in even more work upon return. Frequent layoffs and ongoing staff reductions meant existing clients were repeatedly reassigned from departing employees to the remaining team members, further increasing workloads and making it harder to provide the level of service clients deserved. As responsibilities grew, client escalations became increasingly common, and support from leadership during those situations was inconsistent. The moment that best captured the disconnect between leadership and employee reality was a company training on having a "growth mindset" that included the message, "It's not bandwidth. It's mindset." For employees already struggling with excessive workloads and burnout, this felt dismissive of legitimate capacity concerns. The culture ultimately led to significant burnout, high stress, and declining morale. The company has talented employees and clients, but leadership would benefit from addressing workload management, staffing levels, accountability, and employee well-being before focusing on mindset and productivity initiatives.
