Pros
Happy hour on Fridays and payday popcorn. They will sometimes cater lunch once a quarter and have potlucks for holidays. Food trucks will occasionally come a couple times a week. There are some events that they try to open to the company to get everyone involved.
Cons
Pay is below the industry average. I would say this is a great place for college graduates but not for a long term career. Promotion may happen but even then, with your yearly review- it might get pushed back a couple months resulting in backpay (If it's anything). The position on the website does say that it handles a high volume of calls. It can be considered a call center for angry dealers. Disgruntled callers may be because of the lack of training from employees since there is such a high turnover rate (refer to the lack of pay). There is no company culture, there is not a relaxed environment on the Localizer, formerly known as the Trade Promotion Department. You grab a beer and then go back to your desk. You are micromanaged and the volume of work may cause you to work overtime 50+ hours. There are a lot of young people and lack of growth internally. Even though there is a push for a more interactive, challenging, and dynamic workplace, it was hard to give yourself time to learn anything else other than the account you were given.
