Everyone from middle management up is out for themselves and their team. There is a culture of ‘me-first’ and exclusion. When someone quits, which happens all the time, they rarely backfill the position. Management is famous for ‘we just need to do it’ decisions. Ansira has acquired company after company and never makes any efforts to bring the offices/employees together, leading to division, frustration, clicks and awkwardness in the hallway.
One of the worst parts is there is absolutely no accountability, especially at the leadership level.
Don’t even get me started on the monster running the St Louis office. He is known to verbally lash and demean people. It is an accepted fact and has been for years and no one does anything. “That’s just him” is often the response. Are you kidding me?
