The only “pro” of working at Ansira is that it is remote.

Very toxic environment with constant rounds of layoffs. Communication is severely lacking, and the workload is extreme. They are constantly changing product offerings and renaming platforms. Pay rates on all levels are well below industry standards. Massive chaos and confusion from C level down.
