While the Sincro brand is only about a year old, the company has a heritage stretching back more than 25 years. As a new organization, we are charting a fresh path and are setting priorities based on input from our team members. We appreciate, respect, and reward their performance, as well as provide them with opportunities to advance their careers. Our learning management system offers a variety of courses for team members to grow their skills and knowledge. We’re also working on programs to forge connections among employees so they can explore other positions at the company.
Team members consistently praise our corporate culture; they feel empowered to speak up and effect change. They also prize the transparency of our leaders and say their managers genuinely care about their wellbeing. We have recently rolled out core values that encompass an inclusive environment, winning together, learning and celebrating success, and helping others. Everyone in the company is held accountable to these values as well as high performance standards.
