Cons

Horrible management. If you like to be overworked and undervalued, this is the perfect company for you. No credit for after-hours/overtime work.

Pros

Work from home, Flex Time off (only works well if you have a great manager, I did).

Cons

Unorganized management, constant change, management doesn’t see value in internal/non-client facing efforts or roles. The goals for the company are unrealistic, constantly changing and confusing.
