Pros
In my experience you get pretty decent money and you could have a lot of hours each week if you want them.
Cons
Bussers are totally under appreciated and receive berating tongue lashings from management. You do not get fed, except on holidays, but even then it's basically one slice of a 6 foot sub from subway...not so great for a vegetarian, but they don't care.
