Pros
Patrons do tip good here as many are from out of town and visiting. Spokane Natives tip ok also. You can make 200-300 a night in the summer if you really hustle.
Cons
The company itself is pretty much what you'd expect. Completely concerned with the bottom line. They syphon a large chunk of your tips to help pay the salary of the kitchen, bar, bussers, front of house ect. They even go as far as to charge you the fee's that the credit card companies issues for payment processing on your tips. Just so they can put those couple bucks back in their pockets. Ihop doesn't even do this to employees. So it total you'll have a few fun coworkers and the patrons are pretty cool and tip ok. Mad Anthony's as a company is pretty much the worst and most heartless corporation one could envision working for. Even though they'll try to pretend that they are not. This building in Spokane is more or less falling apart also, and is actually slowly but surely sliding into the Spokane River. The construction workers near by informed us of this fact.
