Working with Antra has been an incredibly rewarding experience for my professional growth. From day one, the company has provided excellent opportunities and a supportive environment to advance my career. Beyond the great work culture, Antra’s immigration team is outstanding. Navigating the H1B lottery and the green card pathway can be incredibly stressful, but Antra's immigration team made the entire process seamless. They helped me prepare a meticulous H1B petition after my lottery selection and successfully guided my Perm process for my green card application. My I-140 got successfully approved this year. Their communication, attention to detail, and dedication to their employees' peace of mind are unmatched. I highly recommend Antra as both a great employer and a company that truly stands by its team.

Doesn't provide a lot of PTO

Great mentorship and training before I was marketed to projects, and the team was very hands-on in helping me get placed. Once I was on a project, they proactively handled my whole immigration process — communication was clear and they stayed on top of everything, which made a stressful process much smoother. The company's pathway to green card sponsorship is very fast and efficient, reaching I-140 approval in less than 2 & 1/2 years.

As with most information technology firms, because the market is slow, the unpaid internship training period can last longer than originally anticipated - however, once you have been place on a project, the company is very supportive.
