Navigating the H1B lottery and the green card pathway can be incredibly stressful, but Antra's immigration team made the entire process seamless. They helped me prepare a meticulous H1B petition after my lottery selection and successfully guided my Perm process for my green card application. My I-140 got successfully approved this year. Their communication, attention to detail, and dedication to their employees' peace of mind are unmatched. Doesn't provide a lot of PTO

Great mentorship and training before I was marketed to projects, and the team was very hands-on in helping me get placed. Once I was on a project, they proactively handled my whole immigration process — communication was clear and they stayed on top of everything, which made a stressful process much smoother. The company's pathway to green card sponsorship is very fast and efficient, reaching I-140 approval in less than 2 & 1/2 years.

As with most information technology firms, because the market is slow, the unpaid internship training period can last longer than originally anticipated - however, once you have been place on a project, the company is very supportive.
