      They had great benefits and treated me well.

      I was expected to perform under unrealistic expectations. Management was changing constantly. Favoritism.

      Good benefits and work-life balance.

      Cons

      The department feels mismanaged and there is no consistent in-person management. Controller is not in town and is always on the go and traveling which creates confusion.
