      Global Company. Access to just about anything you want to do in your career, just about anywhere in the world

      Cons

      Every person for themselves... top down support and knowledge share is not there. Management will throw support staff under the bus to rather than own their own missteps

      Good benefits and work-life balance.

      Cons

      The department feels mismanaged and there is no consistent in-person management. Controller is not in town and is always on the go and traveling which creates confusion.
