      Global corporation, many resources, good people, plenty of chance to learn new things, opportunity for career growth, etc.

      Cons

      Just as any big corporation, there are people who seem to be in the comfort zone for years and lost their desire to strive. These are demoralizing factors for the team and they also create frustration in terms of teamwork
