      Pros

      workplace dynamic and culture is extremely laid back. there is no expectation of "acting corporate" at least on my team and my coworkers are all extremely understanding and willing to help. i also go in 2-3 times a week and the rest is remote. all around, extremely laid back and not a stressful job at all.

      Cons

      the work is pretty boring (insurance is expected) but the work/life balance is unbeatable.

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
