      Good benefits Place to grow if you are working with the right leadership

      Cons

      Most of the business is controlled from Singapore with a lady who knows nothing about product management. She will make you work as everything under the sun except your own role. Management is super toxic in certain teams where they will try to make you the scapegoat to hide their flaws Top management can be very abusive and autocratic without showing any value to people's experience and talent

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
