      Lots of mobility is possible both sideways and upwards if you are willing to put in the effort. Flexible work schedule. Decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Management seemed disconnected from the product and the development process. Management has a profit first mindset. Team got outsourced to overseas for cheaper work.
