      Exposure to Illiquid asset classes and availability to meet with some of the brightest managers around.

      Cons

      Compensation not great, losing a lot of talented individuals to different firms, different parts of the business do not interact well with one another (delegated ocio vs. advisory).

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
