They look to hire young people in an effort to pay them the least. Many of the colleagues on my particular team did not exemplify the overall culture of the company, it seemed like my political views were a big problem for one of the project managers I worked with, even though I never expressed them at all to my colleagues, I think they looked at my postings on social media and took offense to my view points.
