      Pros

      Great if you just want to collect a pay check. Easy to hide in the corporate structure Good benefits and mainly work from home schedule Could easily work from anywhere

      Cons

      Recognition is hard to obtain horrible leadership combined with poor decision making no investment into good management not quick enough to promote shining stars which lead to them leaving no succession planning

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
