      Pros

      My department has a lot of freedom in terms of working conditions, home or office, no one cares. If you work hard then you will reap rewards.

      Cons

      Producers and anyone that has their "name on an account" are the ones that get the large production credits not the team that puts the program together. Producers can do very little work and still receive financial credit for the win.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
