Loved my co-workers and my work schedule.
Cons
The management is just awful. There are no SOP set up. all work is approved by another department that again don't have standard operating processes set up. I had 2 identical requests sent through and one was rejected and other was approved, no consistency. Pay and pay raises are horridly under valued.
